So how unbelievably cool is Thomas Jane? The guy had such a good time playing The Punisher in that horrible 2004 movie, that he personally goes off and makes a ten-minute short film that is better than all three of the Punisher feature-lengths combined. Jane screened Dirty Laundry at San Diego Comic-Con, and said he created it as a “love letter to the fans.” The short features an appearance by the always awesome Ron Perlman, and was directed by Phil Joanu, who is best known for helming Three O’ Clock High and The Gridion Gang. Dirty Laundry is incredibly violent, with lots of CGI blood spray everywhere, so it’s probably NSFW. Check it out below!
Jeff is the defining voice of his generation. Sadly, that generation exists only in an alternate dimension where George Lucas became supreme overlord of the Earth in 1979 and replaced every television broadcast and theatrical film on the planet with Star Wars and Godzilla movies. In this dimension, he’s just a guy from New England who likes writing snarky things about superheroes, monsters, and robots.
