Christopher Lee Continues To Be Awesome, Releases More Metal Christmas Music

Legendary actor Christopher Lee, who is beloved by geeks worldwide for his roles as Dracula in the old Hammer horror films, Saruman in the Lord Of The Rings saga, and Count Dooku in the Star Wars prequels (not to mention the countless other parts he’s played throughout the decades) is 92-years-old, but he isn’t going to let a puny thing like time get in the way of continuing his awesomeness. In this case, that means delivering some more epic power metal Christmas music to his fans with the release of a new single “Darkest Carols, Faithful Sing.”

This will be Lee’s third consecutive Metal Christmas release singing over Hedra Ramos’ doom-filled guitar tracks, following up 2012’s A Heavy Metal Christmas, and 2013’s A Heavy Metal Christmas Too. “At my age, the most important thing for me is to keep active by doing things that I truly enjoy. I do not know how long I am going to be around, so every day is a celebration and I want to share it with my fans,” the actor told MetalNewz .

“Darkest Carols, Faithful Sing” is available now on iTunes, Amazon and Google Music.
