This year at New York Comic Con, I had the pleasure of sitting with a few of the cast members of Amazon’s new original series The Man In The High Castle. In this special episode of the Leaguecast, you’ll hear roundtable audio with Joel De La Fuente and DJ Qualls. I was at a table with a several other reporters so you will hear other voices asking questions besides mine.
Hear what Joel De La Fuente thinks about playing Inspector Kido, what the show says about our current society and hear a bit from DJ Qualls about what drew him to the role and why comedy is far harder than drama. DJ’s audio is cut short because I had to excuse myself from the roundtable, but I hope you’ll enjoy what’s here! Be advised, there are some light SPOILERS in the audio.
If you’d like to check out the show, you can this weekend during Amazon’s preview weekend. The pilot and second episode of The Man In The High Castle will be available for no-charge at www.amazon.com/maninthehighcastle beginning at 12am PST on Friday, October 23rd and ending at 11:59pm PST on Sunday, October 25th in the US and UK.
Based on Phillip K. Dick’s Hugo Award-winning alternate history novel, THE MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE explores what would have happened if the Allied Powers had lost World War II. Check out the official trailer:
